1. The hotel is on the second line, not on the first as it says on <url>. to get to the beach, you need to cross the road and walk past another hotel through a dirty "gut"

In general, I cannot recommend this hotel. And I definitely won't go to Tunisia anymore.
I recommend a two-day tour to the Sahara - this event in general saved the impression of a vacation!

We were in Tunisia for the first time and in this hotel, we really liked it. They were afraid that almost no one speaks Russian, but this is not quite true, you can find it. I liked the hotel, solid 4, there are comments, but on small things. The rooms are cleaned, the linen is changed, the staff is very friendly, there is no negative attitude towards Russians. They were from June 27 to July 7, 2023. Poles, Serbs, a few Czechs, Germans, Algerians, Lebanese, Russians live mainly, 4-6 people. The food is excellent, varied, the meat is very tasty cooked, there is fish, tuna, delicious cooking, fruits, ice cream. The sea is 100 meters across the street, the beach is clean, sun beds, umbrellas, there is enough of everything, a bar with drinks. The sea was clean at first, then it caught up with algae and debris, but two days later it cleared up again, warm, in the end jellyfish appeared, but not much. Animators work all day: with children, water aerobics, games, various programs in the evening. Drinks, including alcoholic drinks, are available at the bar all day. A beautiful, large, clean pool, sun beds and umbrellas are enough. There is an inexpensive massage, I really liked it. There are also spa treatments, but they were not used. The hotel guide Nadia is very attentive and provides full support. We went on excursions in Carthage, Tunisia, Side Abu Said, I really liked it, the guide is generally gorgeous - he conducted the tour so fascinatingly from the beginning of the trip to the landing - high class, a separate plus for the excellent Russian language! We went to Monastir and Sousse by ourselves, by taxi and bus, everything is available. One disadvantage in the hotel is the lack of a blood pressure monitor in the presence of honey. of course, this is very bad and dangerous. The big disadvantage of the country is garbage everywhere, but the tour areas are clean, the hotels are clean everywhere.

The hotel is located in Monastir. The airport is nearby. Planes take off every 5-10 minutes. But they do not cause inconvenience by noise. On the contrary, you admire the planes taking off all the time. We were at this hotel from September 1 to September 14, 2019. I can recommend it to everyone. What I liked. A huge swimming pool divided into several sections. There is a section for children, there is a section with gradual entry and a diving section. There are comfortable stairs everywhere. There are several staircases facing different sides. There is also a bridge in the middle of the pool, which allows access to any section of the pool. The sun beds are plastic, there are soft foam mattresses. There are a lot of sun beds, there are enough for everyone. There are two showers near the pool. The road to the sea is paved. 300- 400 meters. Private beach. There is a bar on the beach with beer and non-alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, there are no goodies on the beach. The beach is small, but there are a lot of sunbeds. The sea can be clean and dirty because of the wind, which brings debris and algae. The entrance to the sea is gradual and convenient. We got into the season of jellyfish that sting. They received minor burns until other vacationers suggested that they should rub the overlaid place with sand. It really helps. The sea is warm. The contingent at the hotel is international - Germans, Americans, Poles, Italians, Czechs, British and Russians (where without us). There is also an international animation team of funny, funny guys. There is a children's room where they work with children. There is a rocking chair called the fitness room. Massage parlour. Barbershop. Two bars. One is in the hall, the other is outside. A paid bar is also located in the lobby. The staff is very helpful. A large restaurant with a huge outdoor veranda. Food is a separate story. You can write an ode about her. They didn't feed me so tasty and varied anywhere I've been before. There's plenty of everything. Every day the gifts of the sea. Mussels, crabs and other marine reptiles. No one cursed or stopped if something was taken out of the restaurant. Ice cream, fruits, croissants. Very loyal attitude to everyone. Both small and large. What was most pleasantly surprised was that people with disabilities, wheelchair users, with Down syndrome rest in the hotel, there was even a woman with Parkinson's disease. They try to help everyone and pay attention. Donuts and pancakes are baked between lunch and dinner. No one will leave the hotel hungry. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception, although it takes in rooms nearby. There are two elevators. The hotel was built wisely and for comfort. The room has a TV and a hairdryer. Refrigerator for a fee, 5 dinars per day. We took a room with a sea view. Beauty. Quiet, calm, beautiful. You can also take it with a view of the pool, if you are partygoers. Last year we took and tasted all the delights of such a close neighborhood. Of course, we didn't miss any of the sights, we watched some of them from the balcony, but the noise prevented us from falling asleep. Music is blaring until 11. Of the disadvantages, it can be noted that there are no sockets. There are only three outlets per room. One had a refrigerator, another had a TV, and the third had a hairdryer in the bathroom.. We regretted that we did not take the tee. I had to charge my phone in the bathtub one at a time. Inconvenient. There are a lot of flies, mosquitoes and midges. Flies are arrogant, not afraid of anything and no one. Mosquitoes and midges only in the evening. So take aerosols against them with you. Although they are sold in a small shop on site. I recommend this hotel despite some shortcomings. They are not fatal.

I had a vacation with my grandson in June 2019, for the first time in Tunisia. I was afraid, because I had read a lot of reviews about the country, but everything went Fine, yes, the sea was a little cold + 19C, but then the warm current and waves came, that's what you need)))we swam, especially in the hotel there is a huge swimming pool, no one bothers anyone. Room cleaning every day, the area is clean, there are a lot of sun beds and mattresses, but I'm not talking about pancakes and donuts in the Barbecue area, always. Watermelon, peaches, oranges and melons were always available in large quantities. There are no comments. The animators are good.

The treatment of Russian is completely different, they pretend as if they do not understand, but the guide said that they understand. And they came up with a tax upon check-in for 9 days and paid $ 18. You can watch it once, but not the second time. The tour is very expensive.

I liked the hotel, although it gives off a little bit of a scoop, but everything was fine. The work of Bogdan's hotel guide completely killed him. Amazing lack of professionalism. He cannot describe the excursions, does not appear at the hotel (many visitors said they saw him on the last day), he is eliminated from solving the problems that arise. In many ways, the negative from Tunisia is a consequence of the work of the aforementioned Bogdan. And the staff is friendly and adequate, I would like to see you again.
