I must say right away, I have been to Tunisia 13 times. The hotel is located in the city of Nabeul and it is the northernmost resort city to which the tour operator currently carries tourists. For those who are not "in the subject" - the star rating of a hotel in Tunisia does not always determine the quality of service and accommodation. For me personally, this hotel is like a stopover point and I have been to this hotel for the second time and the second time was at the end of the season. That is, to throw things away and travel around the country and cities on your own.

The beach is 5 (there are a lot of stones and the entrance to the sea is not very convenient)
Outdoor pool - 9 (large, clean pool, enough space for everyone)
The hotel bar is 10 (good coffee, normal, not diluted beer. There is wine, and all sorts of other alcohol)
The kitchen in the restaurant is 6 (the end of the season, everything is clear, everyone is tired, there are few tourists, so the choice of dishes is limited. But I wasn't hungry either)

The hotel is located on the beach. The beach right next to the hotel is rocky. A little to the side - sandy. Jellyfish and other dangerous animals have not been encountered during the entire stay. The sea is warm (27-28 degrees in July), sometimes waves, the children are full of delight!
The hotel has its own swimming pool. Its depth varies from about 1 to 2 m. Animation, water gymnastics, dancing and other activities are held daily.
We were on an All-inclusive vacation, so lemonade and beer flowed like a river. You could also get other drinks at the bar: wine, booze (fig vodka), tea, coffee.
Meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner, buffet. The choice of dishes is good. We ate watermelons and melons for dessert every day =).
Everything in the room is neat and clean. The bathroom is combined - a toilet, a bathtub and a sink. We had 2 rooms in our room. In one of them, the air conditioner did not work for cooling, for some reason it was blowing warm air. As a result, we all slept in the same room, where the air conditioner worked fine.
The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff member who will help solve all issues.
We also had a Russian-speaking guide from a travel agency. He organized excursions and connected a local SIM card. I highly recommend 10 GB for 20 dinars (about 600 rubles) for 30 days.

I was at the hotel in the second half of September. During the check-in, there was no light at night on the entire coast due to an accident. In my opinion, they gave a super economy room, with the most unfortunate location and without a balcony. Everything is simple in the room, there is a broken shower head in the bathroom, a 0.5 × 0.5 shower, which is why the water spilled almost all over the bathroom, they cleaned well, there were towels, shower accessories, too, for a reason, of course, you can't do without normal cleaning.
The beach is seaweed and rocky, further from the hotel there are places with good access to the sea.
The pool is good, sometimes slides were included. There was aqua aerobics in it every day. Every day there are animators dancing on the stage, they try, then dancing in front of the stage.
The room overlooks the pool, until 24. 00 with the windows closed, you can hear the music perfectly, from the door everything that happens at the reception.
The hotel has a huge number of unwashed glasses and mirrors, which spoils the impression of the hotel. There are a lot of abandoned premises on the territory. Once they opened a nightclub for a disco. There are Russian-speaking staff, but we need to look, there are those who know English.
The food is monotonous and specific, for me personally, there is meat, pancakes and omelets are fried for breakfast. Watermelons and melons are made from fruits. Lots of pesky flies. Coffee from the coffee machine is only in the bar, I won't say anything about drinks, I only took red wine.

No way, never!!!! The main visitors are local. They storm the restaurant, pile huge amounts of food on plates, and then leave it all. The beach opens at 9 a.m., and then after swearing at the reception. They tried to steal my beach slippers from me-I had to take a cross over the hotel for the kidnapper. Now you can only go to 4 and 5 stars.

The hotel is bankrupt.Everything that is said on the Internet before 23 is a bluff.The beach is terrible, the food is like in the dining room. The staff is trying, but it's not enough.The hotel used to shine (in the 80s), but now there is a lot of ruin and abandoned premises!And we also met large cockroaches in the rooms and in the hotel restaurant, the size of an adult man's little finger.So decide for yourself what you need.

Everything is very fresh and delicious. The staff is helpful, friendly, and helpful. There are shops and bars on the territory.Most of the windows and verandas look out to the sea. For a 3* hotel - super! Excellent varied food, great animation, the staff is always helpful. Russian russians are many, the animation is partly in Russian, our guide is at the hotel.
The beach is good, the entrance to the sea is convenient, although it is mostly rocks and algae. There is a pontoon, in my opinion, stupid, since it is in shallow water, but it is difficult to climb on it from the water.
However, do not forget that this is Tunisia, and the Pyramids are a budget three-piece. That is, do not expect special cleanliness anywhere and understand that minor repairs may be required in the rooms. Some of the rooms have been renovated.

We rested from August 12 , 14 nights . It so happened that we had a rest in this hotel 3 times this year. And I come here and bring friends and acquaintances for 6 years in a row, except 2020.The hotel has a homely atmosphere. Responsive staff. The first line . I left the bungalow and you 're at the sea . The entrance to the sea , not everywhere , is a little rocky . But the sea itself is clean , there are no jellyfish in this region .I haven't seen. The locals come for the weekend. But there is enough space and food for everyone. The animator boys are doing their best, in the evening there are various shows, a disco. Everyone is in a good mood . The room has new air conditioners and was renovated in 2019. Animal lovers, do not pass by, feed the hotel seals . Ginger , he always sits under the palm trees on the sunbed . Be sure to pour water , there is a bowl . Otherwise, they drink from the pool . A black cat comes running in the evening , also eternally hungry . My soul always hurts when I leave. The hotel staff , as I understand it, do not feed the kittens . But if you want to feed, you can wrap a couple of pieces of meat in a napkin , bare the cat right away , do not leave it in the grass , ants will crawl . Sorry for being so detailed . And so the hotel is suitable for both young people and children. Children find friends and have fun. There is free Wi-Fi at the reception. The price is good until October . The sea is very warm. Positive:
1. Good entertainment programs.
2. The first line by the sea.
3. Cheap travel packages.
4. Shops and cafes are within walking distance from the hotel.
Minuses:
1. The air conditioners in the rooms do not work.
2. Low/poor nutrition variety
3. Arabs who come on vacation are just pigs: they eat from the table, not from plates; they behave boorishly worse than cattle tourists from the Russian Federation; they smoke in prohibited areas, with children.
4. The first line, and the beach is so-so: dirty, a mixture of sand and stones, entering the sea - the first meters you can break your legs on the rocks.
5. It borders on the city beach, where locals come and wildly yell, litter, loudly listen to moronic music.
6. From the hotel (or not quite from the hotel) they ride on a cheesecake, on a parachute (tied to a boat) - the boat starts and docks where there is the best entrance to the water and where people (including children) swim! They are dispersing vacationers to dock this trough! It's not safe, and their priorities are set incorrectly.
7. It's not safe to leave money and valuables in the room - that's the only way to steal!
In general, we flew 1 time. Never set foot in this hotel again!

It was a lot of fun, I speak like a child, I even have a friend who is 17 years old and he is not Russian
There is also a great pool with different heights, there are even 2 meters starting from the ladder, it is marble right in the pool itself and there is a depth of about 1 meter, and then deeper and deeper.

I love this hotel. High-level service, friendly staff. If you don't like the room, they change it without problems and surcharges. The disadvantage is that the airport is far away, they take everyone on a tour before everyone else, they bring everyone later. Minus is the entrance to the sea, but you can walk 20 meters and everything is fine. The location is convenient in relation to the center of Nabul, you go out and immediately walk along the street, where merchants do not invite you, there is a supermarket nearby, a 15-minute walk to the market or for 50 rubles!!!by taxi.
The food is delicious, there is no such variety as in 5*, but it is very good.
I recommend it to unassuming people.

The 3rd floor, according to the hotel, is considered the 2nd! The sea view is all as requested here.We really liked the room and the view! Maybe the glass s that I collected should not be washed, but poured into a dirty one on the go.. The main bar, there is also not much to run up to serve.. First the locals.. Who come into the public domain, like in a diner to drink a beer and stare at half-naked women... And they're sitting at tables by the pool, sipping a beer.. There are a lot of people by the pool, because there is practically no entry into the sea, only rocks and boulders.. You can enter without an arblem only in the carals.. If you want to spend your vacation at sea, then this definitely does not apply to this hotel.. Because a normal beach with access to the sea without problems can only be found outside the hotel.. Next, the animation, the guys are fervent, active.. But this music from 10.00 to 00.00 continuously, which can be heard even in the room with the windows closed and the TV running, is sometimes unbearable..
The restaurant cannot be called a restaurant.. An ordinary canteen.. There is basically nothing to have breakfast with.. Some eggs, carrots, a queue for pancakes, 1 per plate.. I don't eat them anyway, but the fact is.. Other hotels have pancakes and omelets, or at least every other day. Lunch and dinner are so-so, most of them are very spicy. In general, although not cheap and not expensive, but we wasted it, because this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.. It is not clear why they were given 3 *...it is better to pay a little extra money and go at least to 4*, which is also nearby from Novostar.. For 10 days, as in the movie *Groundhog Day*, we were glad that our vacation was over and we were leaving.. We waited for them. I hope we don't get into any more trouble..
