Cool location, the very center of the city. The bus stop is 100m away. There are cafes, restaurants, shops around. Caldea is a 15-minute walk away.
The breakfasts are good, but monotonous, nothing changes.
The staff is courteous, courteous, and ready to help.
The hotel has an excellent restaurant with delicious pizza.
Shower doors in the bathroom let water through, constantly flooded the floor)
Weak wi-fi for watching videos, for messengers and mail everything is OK.

Polite, helpful staff.
Excellent breakfasts and good dinners.
Of the cons: terrible noise insulation of the rooms.
Ants lived in the bathroom.
Old furniture and plumbing.
