We got a terrible room for three, small, no refrigerator, hard mattresses, a window to the street and it feels like you're sleeping on the runway at night, not only are the breakfasts ultra straight ultra continental, but the croissants are always stale. Of course, we have seen different hotels in Italy, but this one was the worst
