The hotel is three stars, although in the morning you can hear the water running through the pipes when everyone is washing and there is a slight smell, but everything is fine. The admin does not always react the first time, but reacts))
We have been vacationing in Zhemchuzhina for a long time. The location is perfect. The staff is friendly. The rooms are very different in quality.
First, they settled into a gloomy bedbug overlooking the courtyard and watched our reaction with interest. It was in April, the hotel was almost empty. When they politely asked to replace the room without swearing, they immediately moved to a chic one for three.
One of the owners speaks excellent Russian. Breakfast is about nothing, but it's still three stars.
First of all, what I liked: excellent location in the very center next to Fellini Square, fast Wi-Fi in the room (we had the 67th on the third floor) , delicious and varied pastries, good quality natural yogurt, sausage and cheese slicing; sufficient (three per person) number of towels, daily room cleaning, refrigerator. I did not like: poor plumbing in the room, lack of a balcony, inconvenient sockets (plugs from phone chargers fit them, but curling irons and an extension cord, for example, can only be plugged into one outlet if the refrigerator is turned off at the same time); it was cold in the room (they could not turn on the heating battery, persistent requests there was no response at the reception for help); the breakfasts also, to put it mildly, were not impressed: only on the 6th day of their stay at the hotel they saw an omelette, portioned yoghurts and fruits for breakfast; two types of juices served in jugs tasted disgusting (it's hard to say how many times they were diluted). In general, I do not intend to return to this hotel anymore. I will return to Italy with pleasure🙂
