We were in Tbilisi for a week during the New Year holidays of 2019. The hotel greeted us warmly and hospitably with a glass of wine and a quick check-in, taking into account our wishes. Room 10 on the 3rd floor has a beautiful view of the presidential residence and the Trinity Cathedral, where the bells ring in the morning! Georgy and Lali are wonderful, sincere people.They surrounded us with care and warmth, quickly solved all problems, and gave us useful advice! The room is warm, hot water, cleaning regularly.The breakfast is excellent, dairy products, vegetable salads-everything is fresh.Coffee, tea -free during the day! The cooler is on the floor, the iron is in the ironing room. The hotel is next to the Church of the Holy Trinity. 5 minutes from Avlabari metro station. The old town is 10 minutes away. The receptionists, Lali and Nani, are very helpful. The hotel itself is clearly in need of renovation. The numbers are dead. Sometimes the smell of sewage. The breakfasts are simple, but good. You can live quite well.
Super location. Super staff, always ready to help with any question. After being dumped at the Qeroli hotel with a reservation through booking, we did everything possible not to spoil the impression of Georgian hospitality.
