The hotel is inexpensive and not chic, but cozy, clean,good, with very tasty breakfasts, in the very center of the city near the train station and the Origo shopping center and a lot of transport in all directions. 2021....The hotel is dead ......finita!
We stayed for 2 days. The hotel is decent for three stars. In the room, there is a TV with support for Russian channels, but the picture quality wants the best (whispers and cracks), there is a refrigerator with a mini bar, but there is no gift in the form of a bottle of water. (drinking tap water is not recommended) toilet and shower in the room from free liquid soap, hair caps, earplugs and slippers. We didn't get any sockets near the beds, but there is a safe in the closet. The neighbors can be heard very well while in the bathroom. The breakfasts are classic, but the juice is very similar to diluted Jupi :) For a short stay for budget money, it's the best!
The hotel itself is so-so, at the level of, say, the Bryansk hotel, but the staff is wonderful. Good, helpful people. I was there in 2016, got into conversation with a wonderful guy in charge of the kitchen. He told me all sorts of things - for example, how the German motorcycle tourists ate and drank everything from them :)

A simple and good hotel with reasonable prices.
Of course, cosmetic repairs would not hurt in some places, but its most important advantage is being in the city center. Within walking distance of the old town, train station, bus station, various museums.
The room has shampoo, towels, slippers, a refrigerator with a mini-bar.
The breakfast is buffet style and everything is delicious. There are also business lunches on weekdays (7 euros for 3 courses and 6 euros for 2 courses), which is very convenient.
It turned out: Excellent location in the very center.
Helpful staff and good breakfasts.

I didn't like it: It was impossible to adjust the temperature in the room. It seems that a regulator is installed on the batteries, but it did not work, which made it very stuffy at night and I had to get up and ventilate regularly.
Delicious, hearty breakfasts for a hotel of this level, the bed in the room is very small for two (we lived on the attic floor), weak water pressure. Clear.

The hotel is disgusting. My room was not small, but tiny! at the same time, it is listed as a double. If my suitcase was open, then the bathroom door would not open.
But that's nothing. The most disgusting thing is that the WHOLE hotel is dirty! the carpet in the room is of some strange color, which is impossible to determine. It's stained all over. The walls are all stained with dirty stains. Curtains are like rags. There is a shower head with duct tape in the bathroom, dirt in the corners of the cabin, old towels and everything is covered with threads and stains.
The most disgusting thing is that the bed linen has a persistent smell of some kind of chemicals or it is unclear what!
At the same time, we booked 2 rooms and a similar picture was there and there.
At breakfast, you need to complete a quest to find glasses and cups without stripes from the drinks of previous visitors. Apparently, the dishes are not washed, but simply rinsed. I cleaned the table myself, as there were no clean empty tables. Everyone does it there because it's almost impossible to wait for a waiter.
But the most disgusting thing is that during the booking there was a price correction and the hotel charged 169 euros from my card for 1 room for 2 days. That is, 1 day in this beautiful barn cost me more than 7000 rubles!!!
The administration has not been able to explain to me why this happened! I offered to pay the cost of living at the actual current price (about 3,500 rubles). but the administrator of the accommodation service only smiled, and the management did not find it necessary to explain this situation to me!In general, I am completely shocked and horrified by this hotel!
I chose this hotel for the second time. I liked everything on the previous visit. Unfortunately, this year I was disappointed in the room: the mattress is sagging, the shower is leaking, the hair dryer is cold, and the floor covering is in terrible huge spots. From the good: location (10 min. to the old town), near the railway station. Decent breakfasts.
The carpet in the room is so old, worn and already indelible stains that no cleaning will help him. The audibility of what is happening in the corridor and neighboring rooms is very strong. But there is a big plus - the breakfasts were very tasty, satisfying and there is always something to choose from.
If you position the rooms as for "non-smokers", then they should be. The stale smell of tobacco at the signs "do not smoke" and "a fine of 100 euros for smoking" is a strange and unpleasant phenomenon.
One of the advantages is a good breakfast.
