Upon arrival, we were checked into a room of a lower class, due to problems with Booking.com
To our great happiness, we were relocated the next day.
Advantages:
Russian-speaking staff.
Delicious breakfasts.
Minuses:
One hair dryer for the entire hotel.
Near the O2 arena stadium, shopping center and a wonderful beer hall "Kozlovna na ráně" (mentally and inexpensively).
I liked everything, it was clean, there is a refrigerator and a hairdryer, comfortable beds. Delicious fresh breakfasts. There is a large shopping center and metro nearby.
Some administrators speak Russian fluently, they will tell you everything.
A good breakfast
It is relatively not far from the metro
But poor sound insulation
There is no cleaning in the rooms, despite the fact that they were specifically requested. Two days before departure, they did not put a new roll of toilet paper, they had to buy it themselves, since there is a supermarket nearby. There is only one chair in the triple room. As for breakfast, we can say that it's not bad, you can fill up tightly.
Of the advantages, only good wi-fi and proximity to the metro.
The linen has not been changed once in 5 nights, the towel is given only one, it was changed once.
Breakfast is meager and tasteless.
There is no refrigerator and no TV.
It's not three stars, don't believe it.
The hotel is not suitable for family accommodation at all.
The shower is barely warm, barely flowing. There's not a single hook or shelf in the bathroom, even if you hold everything in your hands... Breakfasts for Prague are VERY modest!!!
