I liked the hotel itself. Small, cozy, with a beautiful view of the lagoon, well-maintained courtyard and a small swimming pool. But the service leaves much to be desired. There was never a whole set of towels, and I had to constantly ask for water in the cooler. During the hurricane, the outlet on the refrigerator was knocked out and an extension cord was stretched across the room and that's it. It seems that the administration just gave up on this hotel.

Budget hotel, cleaning every day. Towels are also changed every day, bed linen is changed three times in 14 nights, but if you ask, they can also ask more often.
Great location, everything is nearby.Ask for a room with a view of the bay.

ONLY FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS
The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the Chedraoui supermarket, coco bongo, Karakol beach. The territory of the hotel is small, the pool is open until 19 o'clock, there is a small restaurant on site. I read a lot about giving 10 dollars and giving a better number, I put 10 in my passport (I didn't say it was a tip or something else) in the end, the administrator didn't take them)) I thought, well, let's take a look at the number first. The room itself is ordinary, on the 1st floor, room 507. We had 2 beds in the room. We slept with my husband only on one. There was a refrigerator in the room, there was no stove or microwave. Access to the terrace from the room. Towels were changed every day, but towels with stains of various kinds often came across, not very pleasant. The bed was changed, everything is fine with it, but what they make up the bed with is the same blanket, they never changed it, it was with a dirty stain. The first few days it was quiet, and then cockroaches began to appear, later we realized that most likely they were climbing out of the drain in the shower and closed it at night and I didn't see any more cockroaches. Regarding the thefts, we did not have such a case, but the money was still not stored in the safe at first. We had our own room)) later they put it in the safe, everything is normal. They left 20 pesos or a dollar for tea every day. Take some dishwashing detergent and a sponge with you, so that you don't have to buy a whole bottle there. The hotel provides breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Cereals, juice, milk, coffee, tea, butter, jam, toast, rolls. In general, the hotel is for the unpretentious)

A good middle-class hotel.
Clean, cozy. There are different rooms. A small swimming pool. There is a restaurant on site, but they were not, they say the food is not very tasty and expensive.
The breakfasts are modest (pastries, cereals, toast, jam, butter, coffee, tea, milk, juices), there is enough, but it's like who is used to eating.

A good inexpensive, low-rise hotel. Cooperates with the Dos Playos Hotel. You can use both the beach and the territory. And you can take a buffet there. Very convenient.
