A normal 4-star hotel. It works on different systems up to all inclusive. It is clean enough, the staff is quite friendly and ready to help, explain, try to extinguish conflicts, apparently they are used to different tourists from completely different countries. The food I describe only breakfast/ dinner is varied, delicious and always has everything. they came both at the beginning and 15 minutes before the end and everything was always filled. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, towels and washbasins were supplemented/changed daily as well. The location was a plus for me as it is far from the center and quiet. The local animation did not get enough and ended around midnight. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace. the nearest supermarket is located on the road to the sea. A more specialized ALDI supermarket is 10 minutes away from the same leisurely walk. The bus stop is next to the hotel, 10 meters from the entrance. From there you can go to the airport and the capital of the island of Palma.
In general, the feeling is pleasant, their rest left only pleasant memories.

The food is excellent, but for any drinks for dinner you need to pay 5 euros per person.
The rooms are cleaned every day, shampoos and gels are updated during cleaning, there are no slippers, the safe is paid - the refrigerator is free, but small. there are 3 channels on TV in Russian. A 9-storey hotel with 2 elevators.
I didn't like the proximity to the neighboring show "Adventures of Pirates"
Pirates Adventure, we lived on the 6th floor - almost every day until one-thirty at night you can hear the screams of the merry crowd.
Sometimes the animation was approximate at 21:50 - level on **. The pool and sun beds are in excellent condition. The tennis table is about nothing, with a metal net. Paid small billiards and a tennis court (with a gate for a mini football) with a hard asphalt surface. The sea is 5.5-6 minutes away at a brisk pace.
WiFi works well, BUT only messages are sent via Whatsapp, you can only talk with your voice inside the hotel, when calling abroad, the voice does not pass. The same is true in other applications using VoIP or SIP
In general, I RECOMMEND IT - the hotel is not bad, but it requires a small cosmetic repair, it fully justifies 4 stars.
Not bad, but there are inconveniences: the menu is insanely monotonous, the staff is a little tight and tries to deceive. Knowledge of the language and all the receipts allow you to explain that you are right.
