Repairs, furniture, food, service - everything is like in the days of socialism. It's pathetic. For example, the toilet and shower are not separated, the watering can is hanging right next to the toilet, water is pouring on the same floor. The only advantage is that it is located next to the forest, away from the noisy, almost green-free embankment.
