We booked this hotel with a group (7 people) in the summer of 2019. Paid 💯. On the day of arrival, the manager from the "island" called and said that we were being moved to the diamand hotel and that we had no choice. Upon arrival, diamant settled us in the attic, explaining - if you don't want to - your problem and the problem of the "island" with them and sort it out. Our sadness did not end there. We go to the Grokhman to a wonderful Russian-speaking senior manager, who turned out to be even more rude, she sticks her nose into the economy room and says that your rooms (standard) are not there, despite the fact that we booked them in the summer! And again, he sends it to the sellers in the "island" for disassembly. As a result, the vacation is overshadowed. The ends were never found. They asked for at least a transfer to Verona as a bonus, which they were sent far and for a long time. Guys, be careful with these hotels and their common owner. Nae*ывают just on the way!!!

I liked everything. Interesting menu, polite staff. The senior manager speaks Russian fluently. The only thing that upset me a little is that some rooms have rather dim lighting
