We were with the children in May. Everything is fine, A good hotel, the first coastline, delicious food. The only extra charge for a room with a sea view was 50 bucks. Don't get fooled!!
Meals for 4 .
Transport accessibility by 5 .
Room cleaning for 4 .
Animation on 2.
When checking into rooms on the upper floors only for a separate fee, payment at the reception.
Safe at the reception, for a fee.
Beach on 3., dirty beach is not cleaned
One big minus is the noise from the road behind the hotel!!!! Otherwise, everything is fine, the staff, the food and the atmosphere in general!
I would go back there!
We took trips to golmar from Coral travel in the period from July 23 to August 2 - it cost 150 tr. (Which, as it turned out, is a very high price for this hotel)
About everything in order. The hotel is not 4 *, as Coral assures, but 3, and then with a big stretch.
We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, before 14 o'clock you will be accommodated only if you thank us financially in advance at the reception. By rooms: beautiful view: starting from the 3rd floor to the 18th rooms, and after the 25th. From 19 to 24, the view will be on the mountain that burned down last year, and we got this room. However, they were given a room on the highest floor, so there was no noise from above. However, the noise was everywhere from other sides, the noise insulation in the rooms was terrible, the window and door seals were very tired. The concept of the hotel is quiet and family -no, this is never the case, the noise will be from the hotel restaurant at best until midnight, sometimes up to almost an hour. Rooms: everything is very old, our bed creaked, but not much. Everything is very tired, furniture, doors, windows, shower. The rooms are poorly cleaned - very superficially. The water in the shower is either very hot or cold, it is difficult to set up. Sometimes the pressure was very weak. The air conditioners are old, and they obviously haven't been cleaned for a long time, but they work. The bed linen is almost always clean, which is not the case with towels. The refrigerator is also old, but it works. They will put water in it once upon check-in, then only take it themselves at the reception. On the first day, they put open water in the refrigerator and it didn't taste very good, so we bought water at the store.
Food: the concept is all inclusive, obviously, if there is a lot of food and for free, the quality will be appropriate. The side dishes were passable, the only good meat was chicken. The vegetables are fresh, but sometimes poorly washed. Watermelon was 6 days out of 10. Sausages and cheeses are of terrible quality. So are the desserts, except for a couple of cakes. The contingent of people is so-so, it's not quite right to judge this, maybe we were just unlucky, but if we were making delicious fresh pastries, there was a queue, and those who sorted everything out at the beginning, although the cook told them to stop, they didn't care, so we were able to please ourselves with baking once and a little bit. Juices are yupis, not tasty. Alcohol once we tried a small glass of wine for two - the worst wine of all, I guess all the alcohol there is bad.
The tea is good. The diet was often repeated, on the last day they gave yesterday's nuggets, deep-fried.
On the good side: the cleanest water on the entire coast of Marmaris and Icmeler, a lot of fish, and just an unreal view of the bay. It was very helpful.
However, prepare for the fact that there may not be enough sun beds, because the same contingent occupies a sunbed early in the morning, throwing one towel on 2 sun loungers and then come when they want, it was annoying, the hotel staff will not help in any way, they don't care at all, they don't care only to the waiters and the guys at the bar, they are normal. And also the beach is not cleaned, you will see a sea of garbage on the beach, a lot of steers, as there are a lot of people smoking, if you are annoyed by this stench, then think, he will be with you at every meal, on the beach.
If you happen to come here as soon as you get tired of the food, Icmeler is full of cafes with very good breakfasts and not expensive ones. And in general, you can enjoy the food of these cafes for the rest of the meals, as we started doing after 6 days.
We went to the spa here - the master is very good, I advise you.
In general, the result: the hotel sucks, the food is normal in places, terrible in places, the beach is dirty, very clean water, very beautiful view.
We just returned from this hotel. I will try to be brief on the point.
Before the vacation, we were horrified by the reviews, we drove expecting terrible conditions. Most of the expectations did not match, thank God, with reality. The room was ordinary, not very Soviet, even with a modern floor) hot water, air conditioning - everything was there, the plumbing was working. The view was certainly disappointing, it was not on the sea, but on the strange roof (ground floor) and the mountains. At first they wanted to change it, then they changed their mind. The cleaning suffers, the worst in our memory) was cleaned 3 times, the bed linen was not changed, the towel was two times, the dust is everywhere that I wanted to wash everything myself. Upon arrival on the first day, the white socks turned dark brown, as if they had never washed the floors. It was a little noisy in our room because of some kind of working mechanism nearby, but you can sleep, you can't hear the cars that everyone wrote about, earplugs were not useful.
The food was definitely above expectations, and I was most worried about it. Fish every other day (mackerel and probably cod are delicious!), chicken and grilled fish, stewed turkey. All sorts of cutlets (I did not eat, my husband says the norm) from fruits watermelon constantly (hooray) grapes (1 time) often plums, apples and oranges. The drinks are the best that were poured in Turkey/Tunisia/In Egypt, at least you can drink juices like our usual ones to taste. Pastries, side dishes, salads are all edible) at the end of the rest, we began to notice queues, but it quickly dissipated, we always went in the first 5/10 minutes from opening, this mode))
I was upset by the beach. There are sooo many people, not enough beds, it was very sad after the Dominican Republic (even in Tunisia it is better), there are few free sunbeds at 7:30. The water is clean, as they wrote, alternating very warm with cold (in the left half of the bay), but this did not bother us, although we are not walruses at all.
There are good guys at the reception, no one seems to speak Russian (for some aged it was a problem), but almost everyone speaks English. We did not notice any negativity towards Russian speakers. A very nice guy on the beach who keeps things clean (takes away the dishes), unobtrusively offers to bring drinks-I wanted to give him all the tips in the world, he is so sweet and modest. A huge plus was the veranda where we ate, a beautiful view!
What we really liked was the embankment. Both here and in Marmaris, one of the most beautiful that we have seen.
We took an excursion to Pamukkale and a balloon, sacrificed sleep, but did not regret it!
In general, we really enjoyed the rest! Above expectations (despite the fact that they gave 175K for two for 11 nights
We moved in tonight, the rooms are dirty, one has a broken ceiling in the bathroom. One room was changed, the toilet is the color of asphalt, the TV does not work. We wrote to Pegas and promised that the hotel would do a general cleaning in these rooms. Aha, they filled the floor and the toilet lid with water, but they did not reach to clean his hands. Dmitry, a representative of Pegasa, expressed himself verbatim: "say thank you that at least there is toilet paper." The towels are black, there are sheets and a pillowcase made of bed linen. There is no second sheet to hide under a thin blanket instead of a blanket. The plaid itself was washed about ten years ago. The sea and the beach are good, there is enough food and it is delicious. Probably, it could have been a good hotel once, but the piggy attitude to cleaning shows the level of the hotel management. And it's a pity that the travel agency's policy boils down to only one thing... It's your own fault that you chose
The food is delicious, but the choice is small, the room is normal, but everything is old, the beach is normal, but poorly cleaned, the location is excellent
We returned from this hotel on September 15, 2022 in a nutshell, it's noisy - music all day , there's a road nearby - cars, motorcycles, the food is monotonous, we went to a local restaurant is not tasty, a lot of people on the beach are lounger to lounger, in the room the conder is right in the head.In general, money in the trash plus a flight with Azur
Cons; the hotel does not pull for 4*. The food is monotonous and not tasty. The rooms are dirty. The beach is dirty. The service is disgusting
Pros; nature and the sea))
The hotel is just terrible! The rooms are dead, dirty, the refrigerator heats up, not cools down. Dirt and ruin are everywhere! If you don't want to ruin your vacation, then don't buy this hotel. The air conditioner blows, but does not cool, the TV is the same as we had in 1990. You have to hold the shower in your hands. The food is scarce, even for crisis-stricken Turkey. 06/27/2022 Natalia St. Petersburg
A hotel with a meager amount of food. With cool waiters, we arrived in early May, we do not recommend the sea is cold, plus there is a mountain behind, it is much warmer in Marmaris itself
