Pleasant Russian-speaking staff. The room is small. There is a fridge and a kettle. We couldn't handle the TV, and we didn't really try when there was Wi-Fi. The breakfasts are portioned. Buckwheat with nuggets, noodles with sausages, eggs or omelette, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, jam, sour cream. Every morning is different. Avlabari metro station is within walking distance, exchangers, pharmacies, bazaar, Khinkali house, shops. The Kura Embankment, the most beautiful cathedral are also nearby. The aesthetics of the old dilapidated area, of course, strongly appeal to the amateur, but as a hotel, everything is fine. There was no sound insulation in our room on the ground floor at all, and the aunts from the staff are lovers of talking. This is probably the only negative. N

It is located near the old Tiflis and the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, near Khinkali House. Excellent, clean, cozy rooms, pleased with the bathroom, you can relax comfortably. I will definitely stay in this place again

We stayed for four nights. A family-run hotel. Very, very helpful staff and the hosts themselves. They were constantly interested in what was missing and what else could be done for us.Aganez 👍🤝👌🤗. Even when we left for Kobuleti by the sea, Aganez called and asked how we got there. Clean, cozy, comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. Everything you wanted to see in Tbilisi from the hotel, within walking distance. I recommend it!!!.If I'm still in Tbilisi, only this hotel.
