This hotel is setting up its guests! I booked a room at the Hotel FRANQ a few months before the trip (four months ago) at an adequate price. After a long time, the hotel suddenly cancelled my reservation without warning and offered to rebook the room at a much higher price. This behavior is unacceptable and raises suspicions that the hotel specifically cancels reservations in order to resell rooms at a higher price due to high demand. This is a scam! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone if you do not want to lose your reservation and be homeless at the most inopportune moment. The hotel is completely unreliable. Avoid it!
