We paid 2,700 rubles for 1 night, check-out was at 10:00 We woke up early in the morning to watch the balloons fly. We returned to the hotel at 7 o'clock and realized on the spot that we had forgotten the keys in the room, the door closes automatically if you slam it. We didn't close the door, someone did it for us. They asked for additional keys to open the door and we were told that there were no additional keys, which is nonsense for a hotel that has automatic doors.
