Small pools and buses of Chinese tourists every week.
The staff is good, but the owners are too focused on money at any cost, tourists went to the restaurant in street shoes and clothes, they behave noisily (to the detriment of those who came for treatment)

Nice hotel. We had a rest in February. The room is standard, small but clean. A comfortable mattress, a safe, an electric kettle, tea-coffee-sugar are replenished daily.
Towels and bed linen are changed about once every 4 days, but you can ask for towels and bathrobes to be replaced.
A good SPA, a warm pool, many saunas, including a herbal and salt sauna.
The medical base was pleased - quite a lot of procedures, there is no hustle, everything is clear and pleasant. You can drink herbal tea between treatments.
The help of Tatiana's Russian-speaking hotel employee in all matters is invaluable, thank you very much.
The food is high-quality and delicious. The only "but" is a lot of dishes in batter, not enough dietary ones.
Please note that from Friday evening to Sunday, the hotel has a large influx of locals and it is very crowded in the restaurants and the restaurant, it is better to take excursions on Saturday.
A large bag is needed for a hike to the lakes - we had to buy it on the spot. For a bathrobe, rubber slippers, towels and a swimsuit.
The water is very hard and a limescale is formed in the kettle, which settles in the tea. We bought water at the store.
There is a market on Thursdays and Saturdays (not far from the hotel), where you can buy very good and cheap wine.
In general, we are happy with the rest! Maybe we'll come again.

Great hotel. A beautiful city, calm. It's great to relax with children, there is also a children's room where a teacher plays with children, you can leave the child and go about your personal business. The hotel has a swimming pool, where there is a shallow place for children, they will like it. Beautiful places. The hotel is clean. The food is delicious, there is a lot of choice, take what you want, choose for yourself according to taste and color))) everything is available. We first scored a bunch, and then regretted it)))) Satisfying, delicious. To be honest, for some reason you get fat from our food, but there, on the contrary, you got fatter, although you ate as much as you wanted, not a little.
We also went to the castle, to the town of Shyumeg. The beauty is awesome, and we also had dinner there, in the atmosphere of antiquity. There are a lot of positive emotions. We were in Kesthey, Lake Balaton is there, the place is also good, the city is wonderful.
In general, I recommend it!!!

Great hotel! A full range of medical and balneological services right at the hotel! Two pools with healing water of Khiviz right in the spa area of the hotel. The rooms are cozy, the service is courteous, the restaurant is wonderful. They cook very tasty, especially meat dishes. I recommend it! You can relax and get medical treatment. Lake Khiviz is a 10-minute quiet walk away.

Overall, the hotel is good, but: there is no hair conditioner in the rooms. On weekends, there is such a crowd of people that you can't breathe, the pools and therapeutic baths are clogged. And also, dear administrators, please turn on at least some music at dinner, otherwise it's very boring. The kitchen earns 5 points! Special thanks to the chef for the delicious food!
