Breakfast is served in a separate COLD room. All the food is cold. Burnt potatoes, unpeeled sausages, barely warm potato pies. The whole diet is in the photo. Every day without changes. The room smells damp. In the shower, this smell is unbearable because of the forced ventilation, which does not work. The promised mini-bar is missing. The wallpaper is moving away. The mirror in the shower is broken, the faucet watering can is broken, the curtain is dirty. They asked for cups with a kettle, gave three cups with one spoon and a kettle without a lid. The garbage was not cleaned. Of the promised Russian-speaking staff, there was only a man who came on the third day (his shift). They asked us to change our room. The young man at the reception said that all the rooms were booked (although there was one free on the site) and that he was not solving the problem, and the owner would arrive in an hour. They gave us the keys to an empty room. The next day, the new room also smelled damp (the problem of the whole hotel). It's hard to call this place a hotel!!!
The hotel in the city center is very tired. The ashtray is full on the balcony, the toilet is leaking and it was a suite. The towels are dirty and damp. The interior inside the room is from the 90s.
The location is great! The rooms are spacious, clean and pleasant!
There are expensive beds on the second floor and economy beds on the ground floor.
The territory is closed, cozy, with a small fountain.
Everything is welcoming and rosy.
The cuisine, of course, is a little weak for Georgia)
