The hotel is located in a former 13th-century monastery of Augustinian monks. The interiors of the hotel are gorgeous, which cannot be said about the room stock. Very simple and modest. The very center of the historical center-the hotel is located right by the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, on the banks of the Arno River. All the sights are within walking distance, as well as luxury shops.
Very mixed feelings. When we were booking, there was a room for a special offer with a reduced price. They began to clarify, it turned out that neither the fact that a 2-bedroom bed does not guarantee a view. They wrote that if you take a deluxe, there will be a normal window, a view of the Arno river and a 2-bedroom bed. I arrive at the hotel and tadaaaam 2nd floor, the view from the window is not only into the courtyard, but also there was a construction site. Nothing to do with the description of the room on the website. During the scandal, she said give me the number that is in the picture, to which she received an ingenious answer: "there are no photos of the numbers on the site, but a picture for an example of how the number might look"!!!! This answer was shocking. As it turned out, they do not have 2 double beds, in principle, only Connected beds! To move into a room not with a view of the construction site, they demanded a price almost equal to the cost of a day (250 euros per day), the impression was spoiled for all days. The breakfasts for Italy are excellent, the room service is without complaints
