Thrash on thrash in this hotel. No one helps with the luggage, and there's actually a staircase at the entrance. We were carrying suitcases while the staff of this luxury hotel were sitting on the couch in the lobby.
The hotel has its own parking lot, but "it's crowded."
There is no minibar in the room, and the heated towel rail does not work. There are no doors in the shower either, so you have to be very close to the person in the double.
We asked for ice to cool a bottle of champagne — they brought us ice on a saucer.
The staff can hardly speak English. And in general, they are as indifferent as possible to your presence here.
The cherry on the cake — there was a bolt in the socket, the electricity was short, they were sitting without light.
