But the representatives of the hotels did not come to meet us, thereby showing a lack of any loyalty to their and potential customers and an individual approach, not taking into account the extreme circumstances in which we found ourselves. At the same time, since we notified the hotel in advance of the cancellation of our reservation and taking into account the high demand for hotels this season (New Year holidays), the hotel had the opportunity to check in other guests in the room we had previously booked, thus received (as we have no doubt) double payment for the same room, at the same time, he did not return anything to us.
