It takes no more than 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, and then stopping in conversation with local residents. The sea in this part is very clean and photogenic. The beach is pebbly, but if you want to walk along the sand - in the direction of the golden sands, along the coast, there are such areas and walk to them no more than 10-15 minutes. But just in those places, for some reason we didn't like it very much. Pebbles are much more comfortable and useful for everything. In general, I definitely advise you!

The hotel is great! Reality corresponds to photographs. There is parking on site, a playground with a trampoline, swings, slide and sandbox. The hotel grounds are also tastefully decorated. It is very pleasant to spend time in the evening on a large wooden swing in the greenery with original lighting. The rooms are clean and cozy. They clean and change towels after 3 days, change linen every 7 days. It is worth noting that both the rooms and the hotel with its territory are cleaned very carefully. There is a dining room where everything is very clean and delicious. And for those who are used to cooking themselves, there is a kitchen with all the necessary accessories. The staff is polite and tidy. The hostess and the host are friendly and helpful. The owner has his own shop at the hotel, where wine, juices, and self-made dishes are sold. We rested in this beautiful place in July 2024.I searched for the guest house based on reviews and photos. Danelian immediately caught the eye for his green territory. Palm trees, tangerine trees, swings for relaxation and much more. Arriving early in the morning from the train, the administrator immediately checked us in, although check-in according to the rules from 14h.It was nice. We took a standard room. Everything was clean and everything worked. The only thing is, the air conditioner was working very noisily, because the old one was already there. But it was not critical, and even at night we slept with it on. I told the administrator about the air conditioner, she promised to convey our wishes to the owners so that in the future it would be replaced with a new one. She even offered another room, but we didn't change it. There were two equipped summer kitchens on the territory where our building was located. Everything you needed was there: a refrigerator, a lot of different dishes, glasses, openers, a colander, detergents, etc. In addition to the kitchen, there were also areas for relaxing and eating. Everything is very conveniently thought out. There is also a dining room with an average price tag on site. The choice of dishes is large. It's not far to the sea, literally 5 minutes. Moreover, Oleander shrubs bloom along the path along which you walk (very bright and beautiful), many are photographed. There is also a bus stop not far from the guest house. You can take a minibus or wait for a public bus (the cost is cheaper) and get to the center of Pitsunda or to Gagra. Thank you,"Danelian", for the hospitality! We'll come again!
