The owner left a controversial opinion about himself.
Among the advantages: good breakfasts, clean comfortable room, delicious breakfasts, there is a small swimming pool.
Cons: we checked in for 3 days, because there were no more available rooms, the cost per day of a 3-bed room was 150 lari (multiplied by 40 in rubles), there was no cleaning and towel change for three days. Three days later, the rooms were vacated and we decided to extend, but the owner raised the price to 175 lari and with such a condescending look like "you don't want it how you want it", although most Georgians are hospitable, friendly and ready to bargain, but this was not the case. I think the price was raised specifically so that the Russians would move out.
Another minus is the bathroom.... They do not have a shower as such, all together with the toilet, i.e. you wash near the toilet and drain in the floor under your feet near the toilet, after bathing the whole bathroom is in water, the toilet is in water, so in many hotels, including choose more modern hotels.
We eventually moved into the nearby Delmar hotel, in a new building, where everything is completely new and a normal bathroom with shower) for GEL 130
It's a nice place and the location is great!!!
There is a swimming pool. Rooms with balconies, clean and cozy. The price is average for the rooms, affordable. We'll be back here next year.
The rooms are clean, with large beds and very comfortable new mattresses. There is a kitchen on the ground floor. And the convenient location - the exit is 3 minutes on foot, while the Hotel is not on the first line - this is very cool, because cars are constantly driving along the road. Opposite the exit of the hotel there is a cafe with prices lower than on the main street and delicious food.
