Friends, this is an ordinary guest house in the center. Right behind the Doge's Palace on the main square. But this is by no means 4, or even 2 stars. In this case, stardom, in the way we understand it, is not applicable at all. The guys are not worried and just trade location. The room is 10... 12 meters. The ceiling is no more than 2 meters. Furniture from the 70s. Kondeyka. There are no Russian TV programs. But the waffle is fast. 5mb/sec. it is easy and unlimited in volume and speed.
The bathroom is decent. But the walls are pure cardboard. The audibility is 100%. I am attaching a photo of our room. He is much more modest in life. Shot with a wide-angle hat.
The overlap of the tree is excellent. The house is 300...500 years, which is the same thing. But how they spurred the elevator...It is incomprehensible to the mind. It's small, but it's there :)
The breakfast is an ordinary European one. But not limited. Omelette. Bacon. Sausage/meat, muesli, vegetables/fruits. Yogurt.
I came out of the hotel ... and immediately there are a lot of cafes where it is generally edible, but not ah.
Lunch for two without alcohol at all, i.e. even without beer, is 50-60 euros in winter (February 2020). And this is not a lunch like ours. But rather that..that's between a snack and the norm. at lunch, that is, you leave with a feeling of a starved worm.
The quality of the food is worse the more tourists there are. I do not recommend eating on San Marco and near such attractions as, for example, the Rialto in general. For 4 trips, it has never been delicious...step away from the tour trails. and the food will get better. But not cheaper.
0.3 Coca Cola in a cafe comes to 5 euros. In the store 0.57 e. A double cheeseburger in a mcdachie in the region of 5 euros. And the taste is worse.
But if you do not pay attention to this, then Venice, of course, is unrealistically cool!
