Conveniently located, near a public transport stop. 2 metro stations. The hotel occupies 2 floors. There is an elevator. The room is very modest, but spacious. There is everything you need, but there are many shortcomings. I gave it 5 stars. For the ratio of price, quality, location, but in fact it is 4 stars, the rooms are very simple.

The hotel belongs to the Iranians. The rooms are poorly equipped. WiFi is paid. The only advantage is the location of the hotel.
