Not bad, clean and beautiful.But it's very far from the center!This is Grimau, in my opinion the s-bann 15 line.very close to the tram stop.And right on the s-bann.It takes 5 minutes to walk.You will pass through 2 chic and large supermarkets.where there are a lot of stocks and everything is cheap.The reception is friendly, the Internet is very fast and the breakfast is not bad.You can take a tram to the very beautiful Kepenik district.Ottula is close to Alexander Platz.Recommended, if you are not afraid of the distance.Schoenefeld Airport is close!!!
