A great hotel on the Venice waterfront. Everything is at a good level: clean, warm rooms, good breakfast, polite staff.

Excellent location, a little away from the tourist crowds. The Fiesta Della Marie passes right under the windows. At other times it is quiet and peaceful. Great view.
