We rested at the Dusignani Hotel in September 2023. The rest lasted 7 nights. During this time, they have never (!) changed their underwear, not once (!!!) they didn't change the towels. Room 201 is spacious, but not cozy. The balcony overlooks the courtyard, where a jackhammer worked every day (it's good that it wasn't night). There are piles of leaves around the hotel and at the entrance, which no one removes. The breakfasts are very, very meager and monotonous. In September, neither fruits (!!!) nor vegetables (!!!) were ever offered. On the day of departure, there was not enough breakfast at all, to which it was said "We should come earlier, other vacationers ate everything ...". Moreover, on the day of departure, we were offered to vacate the rooms at 10-00 in an ultimatum form, although officially this is done at 12-00. Then the most interesting thing. We asked to leave our things at the hotel until 17-00, to which, again, in an ultimatum form, we were offered to pay 20 euros for the room. There is nothing to do, we paid extra, but neither a check nor a receipt was provided to us. I think this is a RACKET (deception) in Italian!!! I'm sorry that I ended up in this hotel. I advise everyone who is going to go to Rimini to avoid this hotel, and those who crave extreme sports - welcome to the "Italian paradise". I give this hotel a minus one star.

A family hotel, with a very small, very small bathroom. Everything is in one place: the toilet, the sink, and the shower! Dinner was fine, but the breakfasts were bad, not to say terrible. There is more water in coffee than coffee. I don't want to talk about the rest! However, we were out of season, maybe it's good there in the summer! But the sea is just around the corner!

Tui put us up at this hotel for two nights during the Italy-Switzerland tour in January 2020. The hotel is suitable only for summer stays. The rooms are wildly cold. The breakfasts are beggarly. The rooms are dirty.
