The hotel has a very beautiful and large territory, but the hotel rooms themselves do not even reach 3 stars. The staff is all kind and smiling, if you ask, they will do everything at once, and so you can wait for your whole vacation. The food is good, the alcohol is excellent.

I just came back from this horror!!!! This is not a hotel, this is a homeless shelter in the truest sense of the word!!! Starting from check-in, ending with the very arrival at this hotel!!!!! There is no light, the ceilings are flowing, the toilet in almost every room does not work!!! It needs a complete overhaul. There is almost no food, and everything that is given is cold and monotonous. There are no show programs and discos. At 11 p.m., the hotel is dark and quiet. There is no attitude towards Russians!!! Only Spaniards and Cubans come first. So I will not wish the enemy to go to this hotel. If necessary, I can provide a photo of the room where everyone will initially be settled, and then they seek other rooms with swearing.

Poor quality of tableware processing in restaurants: my wife and I fell ill with enteritis, eating only in a restaurant: the dishes are greasy, with handprints, often not washed from leftovers. Workers at the fruit distribution do not use disposable gloves, in hot conditions it is simply dangerous to serve fermented milk products (yoghurts) in carafes due to the possibility of intestinal infections. The pools were poorly cleaned, the shower near them and next to the beach are not working properly, the taps do not work.

The hotel needs major renovation. There is no hot water in the southern building. The constant blockages of the toilets, everything that poured out, the cleaners did not clean. The tourists had to clean it themselves. Dirty dishes in the dining room. Finding clean empty tables was a great success. One coffee machine for the entire hotel, which created a huge queue. But it's a pretty decent area and a stunning ocean.

The hotel does not correspond to 4*. Queues at the main restaurant, in room number 309, the door to the bathroom did not close into a box, mold, pieces of dust in the ventilation grate, the safe "glitched" once, the card from the room was demagnetized three times, there were not enough sunbeds on the plume for everyone. There are a lot of Russians, the hotel takes not the quality, but the quantity.

The pools are cleaned every morning, but due to the fact that they allow you to drink everything right in them, tourists arrange dirt and pigsty without leaving the pool. Of the advantages: the ocean, the grill bar, coffee and alcohol are normal, meat is different.
