You can't do it in a few words ... Let's
start with the pros: a decent and well-groomed territory, evening animations, a beach and an ocean of 5+++, good rum and that's probably all. The cons covered all the pros, except again for the ocean (there is no merit of the hotel here). This is Cuba, and at least a little delicious food is missing here: rice with beans, boiled meat with bones, stewed chicken (tastier at home) and a number of other dishes, the appearance of which is initially repulsive. I had to stand in line (sometimes for 30 minutes) to eat what was cooked in front of you - pasta, fried meat / fish. 3 out of 4 plates, glasses, forks and knives are initially dirty, as the cleaning products are taken home by the staff and everything in the hotel is washed simply with hands and water. They can easily pick up cutlery from the floor and put it in a common pile, I have repeatedly observed this. Breakfast and dinner were held in a nightclub with black ceilings, no windows and poor ventilation, as the dining room is closed for repairs. In the very room where everyone was eating, it was quite stuffy and I saw how some people felt sick. It's very, very dirty, food can be lying underfoot and it will be removed in 20 minutes at best, I'm silent about the tables. I won't complain much about my room, because I gave the staff money to move us out of the room we were originally accommodated in. Some people talked about mold in the rooms. Since the washing powder is also taken away by the staff, then the bed linen and towels are probably washed simply with water, since everything is stained and you do not want to touch it. You will find out about the rest of the surprises if you still decide to visit this wonderful place, but I would not recommend it.

Good hotel, service, delicious menu. A clean white beach and a transparent ocean! Super! Friendly Cubans, especially to Russians. I recommend it to everyone.. Of the minuses, it's too expensive for Russians there, 1kuk = 1 euro, anyway, with our idiotic course ... It's a long flight.

The staff is constantly trying to cheat for money.The maids specially do not put towels after cleaning, so that they can take money for it later.I had to go to the reception to sort it out.They beg for clothes.One of the guests had his clothes stolen from his room.

Great beach and beautiful sea! There are enough sun loungers, there is always security on the shore as the beach is open. The big disadvantage is that the toilet and bar are located far from the beach.
Cool animation during the day, by the pool, and in the evening. Artists, dancers and musicians often perform with live music.
The rooms are acceptable, the air conditioning works well, they are cleaned daily, but not very carefully.
There's not much alcohol in the bar. Only if you ask and tip, they will pour good rum. Mojitos are not always available, but they make a good cuba libre. And of course the delicious beer that flows like a river! Take your big mug with you, so as not to run to the bar often))
In general, everywhere you can improve the service by tipping)
The food is poorly organized. There is not enough cleanliness. Flies and birds are flying in the restaurant, the plates are poorly washed. There are huge queues for food and plates, but it's hard to stay hungry.
The territory is green, well-groomed, but there is no place to walk outside.

It's terrible, the food is not tasty, the staff is angry. There are doors hanging on one hinge along the corridor to those rooms. The bodice gets stuck. In the evening, a bunch of mosquitoes on the way to the beach. Animation is not necessary. The sea is beautiful, the beds are free and paid. There are free drinks on the beach. The pools are shallow.

Magnificent ocean and beach, good rooms (there are with a view of the construction site or technical premises, it feels worse here), round-the-clock meals at the snack bar, beautiful territory, friendly staff. Good service, if you learn a few phrases in Spanish, you will be polite and friendly and will sometimes leave a small tip.

The hotel is not New, but everything is decent. Sometimes there are problems with hot water. The food is excellent, no matter what you write, shrimp, lamb, cheeses, sausages, ice cream ..., everything is edible, even very much. The staff is very good, everyone is trying their best. This is not a 5* Turkey, but the hotel has everything, tennis court, gym, mini golf, evening music shows. They clean normally!
When we were there, the TVs were replaced with new modern ones. We lived in rooms 669, acquaintances in 665, 666. The sea is 8 minutes away. The beach is clean, there are always sun beds, if you don't come to lunch.
The rooms are huge (not in the main building) There are 2 and 3 beds each.
We went for 170 thousand together for 12 days!
Everything is included! Thanks to Pegasus for the Guided Tours and a quick meeting!
Great respect to the Russian-speaking staff.
The disadvantages are minimal, almost not noticed)
We have been traveling for a long time, many places... I liked Cuba for its color.

If you have never been anywhere but Crimea before, then you will be delighted - a large territory, several swimming pools, there is everything you need for a relaxing holiday - animation by the pool, nightly dancing concerts, we even got to the magician's show. However, all the shows and animations are in Spanish. In some of the rooms, the furniture is old and shabby, but we had a good room, the maid cleaned well. There was an iron in the room with my daughter, but there was no tea or coffee set (all 4 stars usually have cups, a kettle, I'm used to it). I have vacationed in different countries (Morocco, Sri Lanka, Cyprus, UAE, Spain, Italy, etc.), so I involuntarily compared the service, food and so on. It's better not to compare! Cuba in this regard is like in our Crimea. Friendly staff, smiling people. But no one will bother much and rush to your aid. If you and a couple of Puerto Ricans are in the bar, they won't even look at you until they serve their own, even if you came earlier and have been waiting for a long time. No one will smile at you without a magic 1 cook coin and a kick. I left 1 cook for the maid every day, but in 3 days she never added shampoos and shower gel to us. And only when, instead of Cook, I left her a note that we needed washing products, she finally left them in the bathroom, and not 1 bubble for three, as before, but as it should be. But we were ready for this, we were flying not for the service, but for the exotic and white beaches of Varadero. And they are simply incomparable!
I would also like to add that the impression was greatly spoiled by the locals who came for the weekend. In 2 days, they managed to pollute the entire territory so that it was scary to walk in the evening: their little children pooped under the bushes, they ate by the pool and climbed into the water with their hands dirty from eating (I wouldn't be surprised if they did all the physiological things in the water). It was impossible to sleep at night, because the young people were noisy until the morning, dancing was arranged right in the corridor, a tape recorder was turned on outside and they sang loudly to it. And what was going on at breakfast! It seemed that everyone had been starving for a long time, because they were picking up mountains of food, everything was falling off the plates. As a result, we breathed a sigh of relief when the weekdays began, and everyone left. But I didn't even go to the pool until the very end, remembering the hamburgers floating in it after the Cuban guests' party. No one called for their order, they looked at it condescendingly, so these days we had dinner a la carte in another restaurant, and in the afternoon we went on excursions, or swam in the ocean. Basically, the hotel is for a weak four, I would not go there again.

Cuba is incomparable!!!! That's why you try not to pay attention to hotel life. The hotel has been in need of renovation for a very long time. Russians are mostly accommodated in the basement, but it is not much different from the rooms upstairs. Then you even find that it's better. There was water dripping from the ceiling in my room in the hallway. I think the water was leaking from the shower above. There were no animals in the room. But the smell of mustiness is constant. Then they got used to it. In general, the hotel is for three. The girls who cleaned- with fiction. Thanks to them!! Water was supplied every day. We're going to Cuba- not to a hotel!!!!

I will start with the fact that Cuba itself is a paradise.In any case, I want to go back there.What a green and beautiful Cube it is.And the ocean!!!it's just a song, and of course the gorgeous sandy beaches. In general, it is a paradise! Terrible hotel, the only advantages are the ocean and the beach. If you want to go to Cuba, then choose a hotel of the Spanish or French line, there is an Iberostar or melia nearby. This hotel is state-owned. Disposable dishes are washed, the linen has not been changed once in a week, the cleaning is poor. And you always have to leave tips, some gifts for the maid, because this is Cuba. The country is amazing, the hotel is not.
