This is not a hotel!!! I am horrified by the attitude towards vacationers! Food is a mess of waste. Serving Russian-speaking vacationers and Mexicans, Cubans, Italians, Canadians is heaven and earth. For Russians, burnt rum, diluted beer, diluted yuppie instead of gas drinks, and for other vacationers drinks in iron cans. The food is disgusting, the dining room is unsanitary. Flies on the food, getting into your mouth! Fruits, except pineapples, papaya, guava, forage watermelons and apples at the end of the rest. There were bananas 2 times, there were no mangoes. Avocado 3 times, cucumbers every other day. That's all the fruits and vegetables. I do not recommend it! Disgusting and disgusting, the hotel ruined the whole vacation. Coffee is slop .

Dirty plates!
There are never glasses- glasses- mugs in general Glass in Bars on the beach by the pool, you need to carry something with you to drink, and of course no one rinses them from your previous drinks.
There is always no toilet paper in the public toilets of the hotel, I had to always look for toilet cleaners and ask, and they also replied that there was no toilet.
Do not buy sunscreen!!! Nowhere!!!! Neither in hotels nor in the proud Varadero!!!
The food of the hotel is normal, any meat is chicken, pork, beef, grilled, fried, stewed..., there was fish too. It's hard with side dishes there, no potatoes, pasta for you. Eat rice and beans. From vegetables, cabbage chopped with basins, no tomatoes and cucumbers. The coffee is terrible, I called it coffee urine…
The most delicious meal is breakfast.
Out of the pleasant that it was possible to eat:
- ice cream for lunch and dinner
- freshly baked waffles 🧇
- freshly cooked scrambled eggs
- delicious pineapples
- guarana.
Music by the pool.
Pools without overflow with a lot of chlorine so as not to bloom.
The sea is good, a good entrance, without sudden changes. On the beach there are double mattresses, comfortable sun beds, comfortable chairs that can be adjusted.
We went everywhere with money, and everyone was paid 0.5 euros, it's a lot of money for them and they are insanely happy. Bring Alenka's chocolate there, painkillers and antipyretics, there is nothing there. Even our guide tearfully asked for sweets and pills.
I have already ridden Varadero 3 times, I will not go again! Very far away, our happiness is that the flight was moved from daytime to night, we flew back and forth on night flights. 14 hours of flying with a 1.5-year-old child in my arms is such a pleasure ((
My husband paid 24 thousand for 3 places there and back for registration and choice of places. The Pegasus was flying.
If you fly there without children, it may be normal.

Cool ocean and nature. There is no service at all. Restaurants are unsanitary. There are a lot of flies on the food and cockroaches walk freely on the bar counters. They don't want to make cocktails at all! They are very spoiled with tips, but this does not improve the work of the staff in any way.

Good afternoon. A three-star hotel, for 10 euros you can arrange for a room with a good view. There are pools, but the best and most beautiful is the beach. The opportunity to ride a catamaran and boats for free. There is also a volleyball net. There is a local dolphinarium 10 minutes from the hotel (not very good, poor dolphins) and a yacht parking lot 5 minutes away, where you can arrange cheaper excursions to the islands (I recommend). Taxi from the hotel to Varadero is 5 euros, to the American Plaza - 3 euros. And most importantly, the euro/dollar exchange rate = 70-75 (as of October 2021) of the local currency. Upon arrival in Cuba, it was immediately offered to exchange euros by a local guide for 35 pesos or cookies ... don't be fooled. We changed in Varadero for 70 at the bazaar.

Cockroaches, holes in the sheets, dirty towels, lack of beach towels. Dirty plates in the dining room, missing ice, cola, glasses.
There is no sound insulation in the rooms. Food is a separate song. All the hotel employees want to sell you something, but they don't want to work. The pool is dirty, not cleaned.
The beach is good, but this is not their merit. There are cups and swags on it. If you don't collect the diapers yourself, no one will.

I was in November 2019 and was satisfied with my vacation. The room stock is old, this is normal in Cuba, the main thing is clean, the linen was changed. We lived in a bungalow and it's better than in the main building, because we didn't have the general noise from the local crowd of eternally screaming Canadians, although we had our own bar and there, too, eventually a company of Russian lovers of singing formed, but by that time I had already switched to local time and was awake)) The disadvantage was the lack of hot water - sometimes there was none, once even we went to the reception and were offered to wash in a room where there is water. They gave me the keys to the room on the first floor of the main building - I had never seen anything darker and wetter in my life, decided to stay at home, then got used to it and didn't bother at all. There were no insects in the room, but I took the repellent, because there were mosquitoes outside and in the evening it was very uncomfortable without smearing them. The food is not restaurant-style, of course, but there was always a choice, fruits are seasonal and they are not like ours, bananas are definitely different. Once a week they gave me shrimp and octopuses. The fish was not fried, you always had to stand and make sure that the cook did not turn it over ahead of time. In general, all problems were solved by a present in the form of our chocolate Alyonka /Inspiration/Russia - as a result, we have always been full, soaked in delicious cocktails and enjoyed our vacation, which I wish you! The beach is big, beautiful, and we really enjoyed walking along it.

Apart from the gorgeous ocean and the beach, there are no good impressions.Unfortunately, there are no other advantages here.The food is terrible, there is only cabbage from vegetables and bananas from fruits.For hot rice, meat, shrimp.Everything is boiled.The food is not delicious.All drinks, including coffee, are poured into plastic disposable cups, which are then washed. There are queues for breakfast and dinner, especially on weekends, when 90 percent of Cubans die.The air conditioning is not working in the restaurant, you can't wait in line. The heat and the smell. The rooms are large, comfortable beds, damp and mosquitoes.Cleaning every day. Theft is rampant in the hotel and on the beach.If you are going on an excursion, each costs about 100-150 euros per person.In my opinion, this trip did not cost 230,000 for 12 nights and a fourteen-hour flight!

Although they talk about three restaurants, the range of dishes is very meager and the same everywhere. Take a glass of more than 200 ml with you from home, because there are no large glasses on the territory of the hotel, they pour everything into disposable plastic 200 ml, which you can't take to the beach, the Seafood restaurant was generally horrified, there was nothing marine on the menu. They brought the menu and said, "Everything except this." Horror in one word.
When checking in, get 3 floors, because there are mosquitoes and cockroaches on the first and second. The furniture is battered and broken, the traffic jams flew out 3 times in 12 nights. there is no staff (not hurried). Try to come earlier for breakfast, lunch and dinner, because some dishes run out and they simply don't exist (for example, fried eggs), it's terrible, elementary.
Coffee is only at the bar, and breakfast is at the restaurant, solve the quest in the morning.
There are so many negative impressions that there is not enough time to list them. The staff, as it happens, some are friendly, some are not. The 24-hour restaurant did not give a sandwich to take away on the road for an excursion, and for a child. The beach is good, there are cocktails and an entertainment program - nothing more than expected.
Look at the weather and check the words of the tour operator, for example, they advised me January is like a warm time and a warm sea, it's not like that at all. What is interesting can be brought from Cuba - impressions and some more coffee, rum, cigars and paintings. I was once again convinced of how good the service is in Asia. Never set foot in Cuba again.

Staff too) Food - you won't stay hungry, rooms - you can live, the territory is cool, animation is simple, but from the heart) Spanish music, gorgeous ocean, white sand and rum - everything, the rest was a success, what else do you need?) And the fact that everything is fine with them is not scary) It all depends on your mood) Be sure to take a retro car to Havana and do not listen to hotel guides, do not ride the bus in a crowd - they all lie that they will not let you go anywhere without them, that you will walk along the fence and see nothing! But I definitely do not recommend going to the "paradise island" - a divorce for money, even a hotel beach is much cooler than this island! In general, Cuba has sunk into my soul, it's definitely worth visiting there at least once - this calamity, devastation, empty shelves of shops and pharmacies, and beauty is right next to it... Nice beach. The staff is helpful. It's like in a tourist cube. The rooms are relatively clean. There is an air conditioner.
About the food: there are no frills here. Fried chicken, boiled chicken. So is pork, and all the meat is so carelessly crushed. Cereals, porridges. A little bit of fruit, again - without exotics.
In general, everything is fine, they would have cleaned up better, not from under the stick.

We haven't had a worse vacation yet. Dirt, rotten food, everything from sprite to coffee is sold in the bar to KONADTSAM for dollars, and rum is diluted with water for Russians - it's like a cocktail. If you want to drink water and eat rotten meat with sour vegetables, then you are here.
