The hotel is well located, 100 meters from the beach. The rooms are comfortable enough for a 3* hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily.
I didn't like the food, it was very monotonous, the salad bar ends quickly, the main dishes are ordered the day before, which is completely inconvenient, especially for new arrivals. The dishes are brought in turn, the serving time between the dishes is very long. We had a rest with the children, they will wait until they get everything and don't eat hot anymore.
And so the staff is friendly and friendly.

A small family-run hotel near the sea. A modest territory, but a good kitchen and a huge bonus - free accommodation for a small dog. There is a connection to Venice (bus and ferry). We went for 2 summers in a row, unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we will not go in 2020.

A very good hotel for three people, but terrible single rooms, I don't even want to describe. The food is average when compared with Spain, Greece, the UAE, etc. The service is excellent starting with reception, restaurant and room cleaning. Convenient location.
