A wonderful hotel! We lived in a spacious two-room room with a view of the pool and the sea. We walked down the stairs to the beach past a small waterfall, the road takes 10-15 minutes. I would like to say thank you to the young man at the reception, who kindly met us late in the evening, helped us carry our suitcases, told us everything and showed us, brought an additional set of towels upon request, and arranged us with his responsiveness and goodwill.
We had breakfast and dinner at the cafe, which is located nearby. A wonderful atmospheric cafe with delicious dishes and low prices.

To begin with, we don't like the city of Batumi at all, and we never wanted to stay there again, given our previous experience - this is the fourth Batumi in our life. I wrote about this smelly sewer, dirt and utter neglect of a big city against the background of several ostentatious elite new buildings on the embankment. Well, quite by chance I came across a small new hotel in the mountains, right at the junction of the borders of Turkey and Georgia, just a few kilometers before reaching Batumi - Hotel Biota. For the first time we live in an unfinished hotel, as it turned out, it's very cool. The hotel has just been opened, there are no restaurants, cafes and bars, not even a vending machine with drinks. Just a huge apartment with a kitchen, dishes and even detergents. The cleanest cool pool, the cleanest modern rooms, incredible views from the windows, and most importantly, it is budget. Here you need to seize the moment, it will definitely rise in price, there is not even a reception area in the hotel, a Russian-speaking, very kind guy, just sitting at an ordinary desk next to the underground parking lot, he also brought linen and towels, he is the guard. Thank him very much for his responsiveness! Everything smells of new furniture, and snow-white new bed linen is drying on one of the unfinished underground floors. A wonderful place away from smelly Batumi. Ideal for traveling to and from Turkey. The only negative is the dangerous climb, as it seemed, at 45 degrees along a narrow serpentine one car wide to the hotel.
A new year-round hotel, which is very rare in these places.
The hotel "vidovoy" on the mountain. It stands on a waterfall, within walking distance of the sea.
Good staff, transfer to the airport on request.
I definitely recommend it!
