Excellent location of the hotel, close to Rike Park, cable car, bridge. The staff is very friendly. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is clean and cozy. The breakfasts are delicious. I want to come here again.

Who writes these lauded reviews I wonder? The owners themselves probably)) Objectively, the hotel is below average. The rooms are tiny. It is possible for two people to stay in the room only if one of them is lying on the bed. There is no hair dryer, slippers, bathrobes and other things. There is a declared terrace, but in poor condition. It's dirty and roofless. It's a bit hot there at the very end of August. Breakfast is below average, served in the basement. The courtyard has been in need of repair for a long time. There is a new hotel right in front of this squalor. At exactly the same price. With all the amenities, original design and other nice things. Separately about the owner of the hotel. When booking through booking, a free airport transfer was included. But according to the owner, the 5 days that we were going to stay in his hotel is very short! That's why he charged us 50 GEL for the transfer. For reference, a Comfort Plus taxi (Yandex) costs GEL 15! After the first day of our stay, we decided to move to a nearby hotel. Booking conditions made it possible to do this without penalty. But the hotel owner shouted and threatened to make us pay a fine for the entire booking period. In general, I do not recommend this hotel! Within a radius of 500 meters there are many hotels of much higher class and in the same price category

We rented a room for 1 night, on the way. I liked everything. Everyone is very friendly, they told and showed everything. The room is cozy, with a bathroom. And the veranda at the house is very beautifully decorated, just like a garden of eden.
