A group from Rostov-on-Don.Excellent hotel, new plumbing, double bed is huge and comfortable! The reception staff is very friendly! The breakfast is great, delicious! Special thanks to Irina for the delicious breakfast!Respect to the administrator Edmond!!! I recommend the hotel!

I am writing a review about the Avlabari Stezen hotel. This hotel gives out by mistake.We rested with a group of pilgrims at the end of June 2024 at the hotel. Everything is very decent, fresh, clean, the rooms are new. The breakfasts are delicious, everything is fresh. Irina is very friendly and smiling in the dining room, she will always tell you what and where to get it. The beds are delicate, fresh, and snow-white. The hotel staff is very friendly, they helped open the balcony in the room on the 3rd floor (they were afraid to pull harder), the administrator Edmond is very positive, supported a pleasant conversation. The room has a split, a small refrigerator, slippers, a hairdryer.

Отличный отель в центре Тбилиси. Чисто, уютно, говорят по-русски, душевно и быстро решают все возникающие вопросы. Всё работало - кондиционер, краны, и тп. Чистое постельное белье, чистые полы и сантехника. Отличный вариант размещения за свою цену.
