A great hotel, fully matching the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted the mood. By the way, no one asked for an additional fee or tip for this. We recommend it! Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. Cleaning is done efficiently, even without tips.

We stopped at room 206 on 04/12/2022, Offered two rooms at 1700, the rooms were shown in the morning.We stopped by in the evening and realized that it was hell!!!There is no ventilation, the stench of cigarettes and food, music is screaming, black hair everywhere, beds are broken, linen without a change (someone, apparently, ran away in a hurry before us), they left immediately, returned only 2000 and then with a scandal, they said there was no return!Be vigilant so that your vacation is not like ours🤦♀️
