A pleasant and friendly place. The breakfasts are delicious and monotonous. The room was clean and cozy (but very cramped). The furniture and plumbing are not old, there were no problems. The staff is really happy to help. There are many cafes near the hotel. And most importantly: it's only a 10-minute walk to Notre Dame. The windows overlooked a small courtyard and the wall of the neighboring building.
