I stayed for a week in July 1999. The tour operator deceived me - he said that breakfast was included. But I found a very decent tavern nearby, called Amarcord, in honor of the famous F. Fellini film. The room was big, the bed was a sex room, at least four of us could sleep. The bathroom is very good, contrast shower and everything else-shampoos and so on.perfume.He lived on the second floor with windows to the garden, which is rare in Milan. It was interesting to wander around the historical part of the city, everything is nearby, the same Loretto Square, where Mussolini and Petacci were hung upside down. The Central railway station is a 20-minute walk away.I would have put 5, but once they got it with breakfast, I lowered the score.Grazie milanesi)
Good location, very pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Everything else is at the level of "clean, but poor", in general, a budget hotel, from the real inconveniences-the lack of an elevator, but your suitcases will be lifted and lowered...
A great place to spend the night! A 25-minute walk to the Milano Centrale railway station, the Windows of the hotel overlook the square and the quiet courtyard, the reception will always help-they will tell you, the rooms are clean, small, but if you plan to leave in the morning and return after sunset - that's it! There is a balcony, a refrigerator and a safe, a bathroom the size of the room itself)))

Honestly, when checking in, the hotel was not impressed at all. The room is very small, there are no windows, or rather, they are there, but they overlook the sky :) There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. The bed linen is clean, but the blanket is not in the duvet cover, but is placed on the sheet, as in Russian trains. However, we have seen this in Venice, so I assume that this is the norm for Italians. However, I was squeamish about it, because I'm not sure if this blanket is ever washed... The same applies to the bedspread, it was generally full of holes and obviously very old. Although the door looks massive, it does not save you from the sounds on the stairs. We were lucky, and we didn't have many neighbors, so there wasn't much noise. What pleased me was the breakfast. Huge croissants with cream, chocolate or just sprinkled with powdered sugar, delicious coffee, fresh rolls... The dining room is cozy. Breakfast is not so varied, but we had enough to eat before lunch. As for the number... Maybe there are better rooms in the higher price category, but our economy did not impress me. Although in general, a tourist needs a hotel room only for an overnight stay. As for the location, it's 15 minutes to the metro, and we generally walked from the station, although it's not very convenient to move around the streets of Milan with suitcases. Not far from Corsa Buenos Aires Street. I can't say about the nearest supermarkets, but there was definitely one near the subway. Overall, the place is quiet and quite suitable for 2-3 nights.
A small hotel. For 4 nights it cost 240 euros from January 16 to 20, 2019. And the city tax is 16 euros. Expensive. It's a long way from the center, more than 40 minutes on foot. Clean, there is a battery in the bathroom and in the room... I got a 2-bed room....I can't imagine hanging out there together. Just sleep.
