We arrived at the hotel and checked in. I asked for 2 cards because there are two of us. They didn't give me an exact answer, they just said that I could leave my card at the reception.
The room is not bad, but everything splashes on the floor from the shower, there is no stand for washcloths. We were leaving for dinner, and I asked, "Will they take my place?" The girl said, "No, they won't, but you'd better put up a cone." We arrived, and our place was taken. There was no one at the reception, I waited, another girl came. I said, "They've taken our place, what should we do?" She says to me, "So there's an empty seat here." He wasn't there.
I also put up a sign for our room to be cleaned. We were gone for 3 hours, but no one cleaned up..
In general, if you are passing through, you can take it, since the prices are not very high, but if you are staying for a long time, I do not recommend it.

Most likely, when this hotel got a 4*, then the development of the hotel ended. The old, worn-out hotel looks more like a Soviet-era sanatorium. The sink and bathtub are flowing. Dirty room. Breakfast is like breakfast, there is little choice, but you can eat. We were waiting for the transfer at 15:00, but no one warned us that we had to leave at 12:00, given that the hotel could be said to be empty, it was possible not to expel people from the rooms. The place of this, calls, asking you to leave the room urgently. In general, if possible, choose other options. Well, or like us, you can be patient for 2-3 days.

A great hotel. Access to the pool was included in the room rate. The room itself is clean, the furniture is new, the bathroom is very nice.
