The territory is small, but comfortable enough, the beach is clean, sandy. The water temperature in mid-August is 28-30 degrees. There were no cold currents in the area of our beach. The air temperature was 35-40.
I am glad that the pier with a sea taxi to Marmaris is located on the territory of the hotel beach. Very convenient. Half an hour of boat trip, and you are in the center of Marmaris.
What I would especially like to note is the evening shows. At the highest level. It cannot be compared with those previously seen in hotels on the Antalya coast. But, of course, they are aimed at the English-speaking public. This is understandable: there are more Europeans in the hotel. Since the price level here for holidays is quite high, the public is different. And the service is excellent. Several bars with excellent ice cream, Viennese waffles, gozleme, etc. also pleased.
In general, I liked this coast more than Antalya and Alanya. For entertainment, this time we rented a yacht, with the services of the captain (he also cooked a grill on the yacht), flew by parachute over the bay of Marmaris, sailed on saps. Come back to this hotel again? I think so, I wouldn't mind.
One of the best hotels on the Marmaris coast. The service is beyond praise, the guys try everywhere in the restaurant, in the rooms and on the beach. The food is very tasty, varied, there are not many dishes, but they are all cooked deliciously. There's more than one downside. The beach and the sea are clean, there are always sun beds by the sea. Animation is only for English speakers. There are more than 90% of British holidaymakers in the hotel.

The territory is not very large but cozy, there are many restaurants. The pool is not very big, but there is enough space for everyone. A sea beach at a distance of 300-400 m in a picturesque bay, near an island, rocky shores, lots of greenery, palm trees all around. From Icmeler to Marmaris, there is a picturesque 5 km pedestrian road along the sea. You can rent a bike. There are almost no Russians in the hotel, in 11 days they met only one couple, brought us to the hotel and took us to the airport alone. A paradise, the only drawback, prices bite hard.

The hotel is 90% English. Their feature is to take all the sun beds by the pool early in the morning and go to sleep. But the beach is gorgeous, the blue flag and sun beds abound. Not paying attention to the little things, this is a very decent hotel for a holiday, even for the increased cost this year. The location is perfect. The service staff anticipated all our desires, very high level, everything is very fast, no queues. The hotel was renovated in 2019, clean, rooms with sound insulation. In the evening there are very pleasant show programs, children's disco, there is a mini football, tennis big and small. I would especially like to highlight the waiters in the restaurant and in the bar on the street near the stage. If you want a relaxing holiday with high service, come here!!!!
We were in June 2022. I really liked the hotel, it is small, but very well maintained, beautifully decorated lobby and rooms. Your own beach. The territory overlooks the embankment, along which you can walk to the port of Marmaris, go skiing. Good location, near a cafe, a water taxi pier, shops. The center of Marmaris is 10 minutes away by taxi or minibus, 30 minutes by sea. The rooms were cleaned every day and very well. Excellent service in the restaurant, bar and pastry shop in the lobby. The main contingent of guests are British. Animation in English. I really liked the evening shows, good live music, dance and circus performances. We watched it every day and with pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel

To begin with, these are European 3 stars, strong-but 3! A beautiful sea- but there are pieces of glass in the sea-the child cut his legs twice, and not only him. The view from the beach to the islands is amazing. Good European food, so modest but delicious. I won't say anything about alcohol-they didn't drink. Coffee for 3. Excellent small rooms-but in those that overlook the courtyard of the hotel-there was a constant smell of gas- it smelled from the street and quite strongly. We were three families- it stank everywhere. Of the detergents-wall gel / shampoo 2in1, and a disgusting quality conditioner.Cotton pads and sticks, shower caps, slippers. There are two towels per person and one on the floor for everyone) The waiters are smiling and helpful. But, the feeling of saving the hotel on everything is very noticeable. You can not go to the spa with children under 16 years old-we have never seen this anywhere.(that is, there is nowhere to warm up the children after the pool - the outdoor pool was not heated in May and was icy), the indoor one is also slightly warm. Rescuers are sitting on their phones both at sea and in the pool without raising their eyes from the screens (((. Food is distributed in time in the smallest possible intervals, so that God forbid they do not eat too much apparently))) But cheap ice cream-almost all day))) The audience is British, Polish and German pensioners, who for some reason do not stop smoking everywhere.WiFi is weak -it doesn't catch on the beach.I do not recommend the hotel to those who go to good ones. And I do not recommend it with children-100%.
We had a rest in May, for the second time and again the hotel did not disappoint, Last year we really liked everything, this year I did not expect that it was possible to surpass the impeccable service of that year, but well done, we could!
Everything is fine, but for the second day I can't reach the staff at the reception desk. The toilet is leaking, my feet are getting wet, but no one is doing anything. And the room is two-room with a sea view. Not cheap.

I called, wrote, contacted the reception (this is their official photographer), no one could help. I recommend the hotel, but be careful with the photographer - pay upon receipt of the photos.
The hotel is all inclusive, not new but in good condition. It can be seen that the repair is constantly being updated. The main focus is on quality service. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is quite varied and delicious (but everything is very subjective here). The beach is clean and, as it seemed to me, under the close supervision of the staff. The rooms are in good condition with an updated renovation. IMHO the hotel corresponds to its five stars.
