Hello! We have been vacationing with a group of 6 people in this hotel for the second year, everyone is madly enjoying everything! I would like to express my special gratitude to the waiter LUCAS for his responsiveness and hospitality! I would like to wish the guys at the reception more smiles and hospitality, they are not very friendly!

It's a good hotel, built for the ski season, but it's also very cool in autumn. The spa and pool are not bad, there are not many people, the food is delicious, I liked it.

The staff is extremely unmotivated and apathetic. I have never seen such poor service in any other country. Complaints are not taken seriously, and management lies about promised solutions that never materialize.
The pool is generally not bad, but there is mold everywhere, which is a serious hygiene problem.
The rooms are very poorly soundproofed, so it is almost impossible to find peace. Even after complaining to the reception in the middle of the night, the problem was not solved — neither that night nor in the following days (noise without end until 3-4 a.m.).
The service in the restaurant is as poor as the general service in the hotel. I have never had such a terrible gastronomic experience.
I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of poor service, insufficient hygiene and ignoring complaints makes staying here extremely unpleasant.
The biggest disadvantage is the staff. The staff at the resort behave irresponsibly, rudely and arrogantly, which greatly spoils the impression of the holiday. Being friendly and helpful doesn't seem to be their responsibility.
The staff at the ski lift and when selling ski passes were extremely rude and arrogant. It was the worst experience I had in Ganges, Georgia. The service was better or at least acceptable everywhere in Georgia.
And, unfortunately, more:
For several nights in a row, I was disturbed by loud noises from neighboring rooms. Despite polite requests to be quiet, these guests reacted aggressively: they shouted at me, took pictures and filmed me without my consent, and insulted me. This behavior was extremely disturbing and significantly ruined my stay.
Ski pass problems and lack of customer service:
During my stay, the ski pass did not work at the turnstile of the ski lift, which led to delays. When I contacted the staff with this problem, they yelled at me instead of helping. This behavior is unacceptable and contrary to the basic standards of customer service. Instead of explaining my problem, a security officer was called to me.

Hello, I want to leave a review about the beautiful Cristal Hotel. We had a rest with the whole family, very good service, delicious and varied food, hospitable staff. It is very conveniently located, get out and ride right away, you don't need to go anywhere. There is a very cool cafe nearby with delicious food and excellent mulled wine))) I also liked the spa area, a large swimming pool. We will definitely be back this year!)

A very pleasant, peaceful place. Clean, cozy, unobtrusive service. Delicious European cuisine. Despite the large influx of visitors, they were able to appreciate the pool, sauna, hammam, and gym. There are lifts and a rental point right near the entrance.
One disadvantage: something breaks all the time, then the balcony door, then the entrance lock. :) however, everything was repaired quickly.

We were at this hotel in March 2020, breakfast/dinner. I think that she will answer all the requests of even the most demanding people. Excellent, clean and large SPA complex, huge and comfortable room, very tasty and varied food, the staff is wonderful-friendly, the bartender is just super!! After an everyday skating rink in the mountains, this is a completely relaxing place. We have never regretted that we chose it, in comparison with other hotels in this place - it is much more expensive, but believe me - it is worth it. We planned to get there in 2021. Thank you for a wonderful vacation)

Great hotel! Great breakfasts (buffet). Spacious rooms with large beds. There is a fitness room, a swimming pool, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a ski room - everything you need to have a good rest after a day on the mountain. A hundred meters away there is a 24-hour supermarket, such as a Pair or Pyaterochka.
