It's not even about the hotel, but about the people you'll meet there. The owner of the hotel ran to our bus with cans of olives and flasks of olive oil. He hugged us with tears in his eyes and insisted that we be healthy. Like we went to Grandma's. Of course, this was all many years ago, but I hope it has remained unchanged.
