Good breakfast, terrible cleanliness, good restaurants around, easy access to public transportation, center of the city, confusing WiFi system though

It was dirty, the cigarette smell was everywhere, I was suffocating. I have not tried the kitchen, I disdained it... I didn't like it. The beds are stained and the towels are grey.. There are a lot of broken objects in the bathroom. I do not recommend it
