Positive:
I had a room on the third floor. In the evening, the window offers a beautiful view of the city of Riccione and the sea. There is a cathedral nearby and different melodies are played on the bell tower several times a day. The hotel has friendly staff. Very fast wi-fi was available in the room. A bicycle rental service is available for free, because Riccione has a very developed network of bike paths.
The room is cleaned daily. I think the bed linen and towels were changed every day, although I was ready to reuse them.
The beach is paid, where for 5 euros you get a comfortable sunbed with a pillow and a folding canopy, and if you want to lie under an umbrella, it will cost 10 euros. In total, an umbrella and two sun beds cost 20 euros per day.
Separately, I would like to mention the hearty dinners, where in addition to the buffet you can order two hot dishes and they will be prepared especially for you (included in the price). Different Italian dishes are available every evening: meat, fish and even vegetarian.
Cons:
The description says about the sound insulation of the rooms, perhaps it is. But the doors are absolutely not soundproof. In terms of noise, consider that there is no door. If someone on the floor slams the door (this is facilitated by closers), then you are guaranteed to hear it. The windows in the hotel do not contain double-glazed windows, so you will also hear the noise from the neighboring street, along which cars often drive during the daytime.
The parquet floor in the room is no longer the first freshness. I don't know if this is a plus or a minus, but the parquet floor in the hotel is unusual for me. It feels like I didn't live in a hotel, but in an apartment)
The historical center of Rimini is about 10 km away. The only normal supermarket where you can buy food is 1 km away.
