It's not a bad hotel if you're going there just to spend the night. It's clean, but there's not much room. It is very rare for anyone to be at the reception, but this is not a problem. It is located not far from the sea, there is a normal Wi-Fi.
A surprisingly good hotel, compared to other three-star hotels in Rimini. We lived on the third floor. There is a separate shower cabin, which pleased me.
I didn't like the breakfasts, the croissant, the yogurt, and if I managed to get a thin piece of sausage, and tea bags were very often not enough at all. The garbage was not thrown out for four days, the bed was not changed once in 10 days. There is also very poor sound insulation in the room, you can safely listen to the neighbors' conversations behind the wall.
Very poor sound insulation.
It is impossible to turn off the air conditioner (there is no remote control). It makes noise at night and prevents you from sleeping.
Cleaning is not regular...
