A cozy hotel near the city center
At the reception, the young man almost spoke Russian, clarifying the key points in English
Breakfast was served in the hallway, immersing in the atmosphere of the old apartment. They are delicious, not too abundant, but satisfying. For two days there was a similar breakfast: omelette with tomatoes, cheese, pancakes, jam, honey, sour cream, instant coffee or tea to choose from, bread, butter and water.
The room was cool, but there was also air conditioning, which made the stay comfortable. The view from the window was almost in the windows of the neighboring house.
The bed is very comfortable, I slept so sweetly... I didn't want to get up to explore the city at all :)
Opposite is a great atmospheric restaurant, and a little further you can find many more delicious places.

A great place to definitely visit, especially if you are in Kutaisi for just a couple of days. Very friendly staff and kind, sincere hosts. A cool atmosphere, bathroom decoration "from the 1900s" and a private garden with a gazebo.
Special thanks for the awesome breakfast and delicious coffee! This is a huge plus and a rarity.
Among the disadvantages: a fairly compact room, high audibility of what is happening outside the door (depends on the room), heating by a canditer (in the cooler months it may not be enough).

A pleasant place. The house was built in 1887. Inside, everything is stylishly decorated in gray-green. The ceilings are about four meters high. The courtyard has its own. The gazebo is there, the grapes, everything is fine. The breakfast is good. The people are friendly. It's a five-minute walk to the center. Everything is fine, in short.)

The house was built in the late 19th century. Good repair. The location is the city center. Courteous staff. I would put the maximum, but the road under the window is noisy.
