A fairly conservative company with extremely strict marketing, trying to sell something that the client absolutely does not need. The prices are higher than other providers, but so be it.
Tech support is very strange.. in simple tasks, of course, they will help and generally acceptably quickly (but you will have to wait and press additional ones on the phone), but something more complicated is better not to trust. Several times during the interaction experience, they simply put down working systems with their actions, although I warned in advance about some features. They just ignore them.

This is the most brazen and most expensive telecommunications service provider in the Republic of Belarus, the only thing you can buy is domains.by and then if you buy, be prepared that something will not work for you. The story is as follows:
I bought 2 domains, it will pay, 1 domain was activated immediately, but the second one was not. I unsubscribed to technical support, where it is written in black and white, the time of technical support around the CLOCK (see screenshot). There was no response within 2 hours and the problem was solved by itself. In the morning they wrote to me that the working hours were not around the clock and they said I was a fool myself and everything was connected. I probably don't need to mention the most aggressive spam on all channels coming from them, but in December I received a reconciliation report in my mail, in which they indicated the debt of my company in their favor for services to which they simultaneously sent an invoice for prepayment)) This is just the height of business rudeness! I had to spend my time inspecting the current state of the contractors providing hosting and domain services to me, make sure that no one passed their complaints to spammers about these services to anyone, compose and send to the addressee my motivated refusal of the scam, which I generally consider the height of impurity, after which the hoster.bai was finally banned by me everywhere and forever.
Even if I had wanted to think about changing the contractor sometime, then after all of the above, the specified company would never have been among the candidates.

A disgusting company that you have to deal with for years because of the monopoly in the market. there is absolutely no human face here - they never call or warn the client: You have exceeded the data limit - you will simply be cut off outgoing traffic without warning. Do you need to update your passport data to renew your domain? they will bill you, debit the money, and then, without even calling, they will cut off the paid domain because you have not updated the data. And after that, you will receive another invoice for payment! Can you imagine? in general, there is absolutely no customer orientation here. They live by their own internal rules and they don't care about you. I generally wonder how such a monster can exist in the market, when by its actions it causes damage to us and deprives us of profit...
