Excellent guest house, convenient location, friendly and sociable hostess Mariam. The mattresses are elastic, the linen is new, there is a spacious dining area with a refrigerator and a small kitchen on the second floor. Public parking is free. Near Avlabari metro station, bus station, cafe. I recommend.

The best house we've ever lived in. Super host, super house. Very hospitable, polite, humane. We will recommend it to everyone! And we hope to come back here again. The owner made the house for himself, but eventually decided to rent it out, so the condition of the house is excellent.
