An old building in which they are trying to make cosmetic repairs to give it a more or less look, but in fact it does not help much. Pipes are often clogged, there are interruptions with hot water. In general, the water quality leaves much to be desired. A bed is provided upon check-in. There is a wide variety of content, not always cultural. There are 3 elevators (2 of which are ancient and break down very often). The roof is leaking. However, the price is several times lower than in similar buildings in the district and is definitely cheaper than renting a room somewhere.
