A small hotel near the Square of the Sun. Next to the metro stop "Gran Vía" at the intersection of the 1st "blue" branch of the Madrid subway and the 5th "green". It is worth turning from Gran Via north to Calle Valverde and after 20 meters there will be a door on the right.
Breakfast is served right in the hallway. The usual "European" breakfasts with white bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, milk.
The passageway turned out to be quite long with many doors. Therefore, the hotel has 2 different Wi-Fi. But both have good speed. There were no difficulties.
There was a young guy George from Romania on the day shift. He has decent English, so you can safely ask him questions. With knowledge of Spanish, especially.
There is a "luggage storage" service during the day of departure and it is free.
There are no comments on booking and payment. Everything is clear and precise.
As a hotel, it is good for sightseeing in Madrid. The Parque de el Retiro is a 20-minute walk away. On the way there will be the Bank of Spain, the Mayor's Office of Madrid and an aunt on lions with her. Prado is also 20 minutes away. In the other direction there will be the Plaza de Espana with Cervantes and Palacio Real. Puerto del Sol and Plaza Mayor are generally 5-10 minutes away.
In addition, from this hotel I went to Toledo via the bus station on the Plaza Elliptica, which is located at the stop of the Madrid subway of the same name.

A very small room. They gave me a kettle. The location in the center is very convenient for a tourist trip.
